3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at support@panamirashop.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation.
